Pick-Up/Drop-Off and Accessible Entry:

Accessible entrance located on 59th Street, featuring ramp access for guests with mobility needs.

Accessible Seating:

When purchasing tickets, please specify if you require wheelchair-accessible seating or if you will be transferring from a wheelchair. For safety and space considerations, wheelchairs, walkers, and canes must be stored during the performance. Ushers will assist in securing mobility devices and will return them at intermission and following the performance.

Seat Dimensions:

Seat Width: 17.5 inches.

Leg Room: 14 inches.

Orchestra Seating:

The Orchestra level is accessible via the 59th Street Atrium. Entry is located behind Row P, which is designated for patrons using wheelchairs. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in spaces P101–103 and P124–125. Companion seating should be purchased in Row O. Please note that freestanding chairs are not permitted in the theater. The Orchestra level is raked, with one step down between each row.

Balcony Seating:

The Balcony level is only accessible by stairs, requiring the climb of two flights. Please note that there is no elevator access to this area.

Restrooms:

Accessible men’s and women’s restrooms are available on the lobby/street level. An accessible unisex restroom is also located on the first floor, inside the Wellness Center (L.68).

Water Fountains:

Accessible via the lobby and orchestra levels.

Assistive Listening Devices:

Assistive listening headsets are available at the coat check. Please present a valid photo ID to obtain one.

Lactation Room: 

Located on the 5th floor of Haaren Hall, on the far south side of the balcony overlooking the gym, the lactation room is the last door on the right, next to the All-Gender Locker Room. The space locks from the inside and includes a table, chair, electrical outlet, and sink.

Service Animals:

We welcome patrons accompanied by service dogs. In accordance with ADA guidelines, only service dogs individually trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are permitted on campus. Service animals must remain under the patron’s assigned seat at all times and are not permitted in the aisles: link. The College and Theater follow all ADA regulations regarding service animals.
